Delivery
When will my order arrive?
Estimated delivery is 1-5 business days. This period may be flexible during busy campaign periods. We would like to point out that these times are estimates. You can use the "Order Tracking" page to inquire about the status of your order.
How can I find out where my cargo is?
You can track it on the cargo company's website with the tracking number sent to you.
Which cargo company do you work with?
We work with UPS, FEDEX, DHL TNT. Depending on the density, we may also provide shipping with different cargo companies in some periods.
I'm having a problem with my cargo. What should I do?
Problems with your cargo, address change, etc. For any situation, you can contact us through our communication channels.

What are the payment options?
-You can make your payment securely online with all credit and debit cards.
When will I get my refund?
After the product you have returned reaches us, it will be examined by the inspection team and after approval, your fee will be made through your bank's online payment system, in accordance with the card payment type you use, and the refund will be reflected in your account within 2-3 business days.
Is there an installment option?

How do I cancel/edit my order?
You can cancel your order until it is delivered to the cargo. To cancel your order, you can update your order options by contacting us via our live support channels or e-mail, specifying your order number with "#" at the beginning.
Is it safe to pay by credit card?
All your card information is secured with an SSL certificate. BAMOST cannot in any way see your credit card or personal information that you do not allow. All transactions are made encrypted and hidden.
Return and Exchange
For your orders placed without being a member;

For your return and exchange transactions, you must fill out the form below and create a request.

Be sure to enter your transaction type (return or exchange) in the message section.

Please indicate your order number and the reason for return/exchange.

Your request will not be taken into consideration if the forms are incompletely created.

For all orders, shipping costs will be charged to you.

However, no fee deduction will be made in case of problems caused by our company (wrong shipment, incomplete or defective product shipment, etc.).

What are the return and exchange conditions?
As BAMOST, we ensure the assurance of all the products we offer for sale. You can return or exchange any product that is unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with the tags intact within 14 days from the order delivery date or receive a gift certificate in return. However, in the accessories category, there are hats, underwear, socks, etc. products are exceptions.
How can I make a return?
For orders created as a member, you can easily and quickly create a refund request by accessing your order from the "My Orders" section of your account and using the "Create a Return Request" button underneath. For orders placed without being a member, you can send us your return request by filling out the contact form at the bottom of the page. After creating your request, you can forward your package to us through any cargo company. Once your package arrives, your return process will be initiated quickly.
How can I make the change?
You can make your change request by filling out the contact form at the bottom of the page. You must explain your request in the message section. Afterwards, you can send your package to us free of charge with any cargo company. When your package reaches us, a gift voucher will be assigned to you for the amount of your order. You can re-order the products you want with this gift voucher. (The gift certificate usage period is 1 year.)
When will my return or exchange take place?
Refunds are made within 1-10 business days after your package reaches us. For exchange transactions, a gift voucher will be issued to you within 1-3 business days after your package reaches us. We will send you your gift voucher using the e-mail address and phone number you shared with us.
In what cases will my return not be accepted?
If the products reach us used, worn, washed or with the tags removed, we have to send them back. In this case, no refund will be made. No refunds or exchanges will be made on orders that exceed 14 days from the delivery date. There are no returns or exchanges in the specified special categories due to hygiene rules. (Accessories, underwear, hats, etc.) Returns are not accepted for hats due to skin diseases and risks.
